Wondering why you need to quit smoking? Well, there are a number of reasons, why you have to go for it. The main is it can cause serious health related problems. Thus, it is really important for you to know the right ways to stop smoking. Well, there are cases wherein some individuals just wake up one day and decide they are not going to smoke again. They quit smoking just like that. For many people smoking is a hard habit to break. The reason is tobacco which contains nicotine, a highly addictive drug. The body and mind get used to it and it becomes difficult for smokers to feel normal and think straight without it.

The best way to stop it is to know that smoking may cause cancer, emphysema, wrinkles, and other health related issues. It may shorten your life by 10 or more years. Thus, it is important to get rid of this deadly habit as soon as possible. To be very honest, nobody enjoys smoking; only beginners enjoy this habit and that too in its initial stages until they are completely addicted to the same. Then they start fighting it back to quit the same habit. Therefore, many smokers smoke not because they enjoy it, but because they are addicted to it.

•    Women who are addicted to it can develop serious health related problems including heart attacks.

•    Men who smoke have erection problems.

So, it is important to quit smoking if you want to lead a healthier and longer life.
