Breast Growth
Posted on June 19, 2009
Every young girl gets excited once she notices that her body is changing and her breasts are finally starting to develop. Breasts are intended for use to produce mil to breast feed babies, but in this society, breasts are now looked at as a sign of sex.
If you have a teenage daughter who begins to ask about her breasts, have no fear, it is normal for a young girl to be curious about her breasts. She will most likely ask questions about how big she can expect them to get, how they will look, and what can possibly go wrong? Here are a few simple answers that you can pass down to any teenage girl that may start asking some questions.
The growth of the breasts can be based on the nutrition of a woman as well as the genes that woman might actually carry. A woman can expect her breasts to grow a noticeable size within two trying periods of her life; puberty, and when a woman becomes pregnant.
A woman first starts to mature within her body once she first enters the time of puberty. This is when her breasts are expected to start to grow in size, and shape. Some girls can see a change in their breasts as early as the age of 7 years old, while other girls might not see any change until about the age of 13 or 14. Of course every girl is different, and it simply depends on the inner biological “clock” inside of you.
You will begin to notice a change once your insides give the signal. The first signal within you is when your pituitary gland tells your body to start producing estrogen. The production of estrogen is what causes the breast to start to grow, due to the fat that is deposited into the breast from the estrogen. From there, the woman’s milk ducts will grow, this is when the breast will increase to an even larger size. Keep in mind that the size of a woman’s breast all depends on her nutrition, and her health, these factors are what affects the inner hormone levels. Take a look back at your family history and when your mother first had her first period, this will give you a good idea of when you are expected to go through puberty. Teenage girls who have a very poor diet and lose a significant amount of weight will notice that their breasts will be getting smaller.
But, once you start to improve your diet and become a healthier woman, your breasts will start to grow again. Keep in mind that your breasts do not stop growing and do not fully develop until the age of 18, and even then your breasts will not be fully developed until you experience a pregnancy.
Your final size of your breasts is actually determined by your genetics and your heredity. Your breasts can range in size from a small bra size (such as an AA) all the way up to a large bra size (like a DD). This of course all depends on your genes, and what kind of diet and body size you might have. Remember that breasts growth will not always be the same for each breast for until your breasts are fully developed, you might have one breast that is larger than the other, but do not worry, your smaller breast will catch up!
Once you go through a pregnancy, your milk ducts within your breasts will start to develop milk. This will prepare you to breast feed your newborn baby. Remember that breast growth is important; it is not just a society or a vanity issue. You need your breasts for various reasons, and now that you know why and how you can take care of your breasts, you are likely to live a longer life without any sort of diseases!
