What most of us are not aware of when we look at these products is the fact that these foods might be quite hygienically prepared but have lost a great amount of nutrients during the process of refining. This is where we lose out on a lot of good things in the foods that we eat. You will also see that it is these foods that have become quite popular in the recent past.
